 Installation 
In order to install IntelligentProfile, you simply need to download and launch the installer. Couple of simple actions and IntelligentProfile is installed to your computer.

Attention! You need to close all Internet Explorer windows before starting installation!

 Preparing program for work 
After installing the program, open new Internet Explorer browser window and select menu View->Explorer Bar->IntelligentProfile. You will see program’s panel appear in the left part of InternetExplorer window.

You can also add a quick launch button to the tool panel of InternetExplorer. In order to do it, right-click with your mouse on the tool panel of Internet Explorer and select "Customize" from the drop-down menu.

Move the button "IntelligentProfile band" from the buttons list to the tool panel.

The program is now ready for work and you can start using it.

 The functions of buttons located in the tool panel 
  1. "Add new profile" button allows users to add a new profile to the profile list.
  2. "Edit profile" button allows users to edit the profile selected from the profile list.
  3. "Add login" button allows users to quickly add password/login to the login list for a specific website.
  4. "Edit login" button launches login editor that allows you to change the login selected from the list.
  5. "Show/hide profile list" button allows users to manage visibility of the profile list.
  6. "Show/hide login list" button allows users to manage visibility of the login list.
  7. "Automatic mode" button switches between automatic and manual modes.
  8. "Program settings" button launches program settings window.
  9. "Field Anchor Editor" button allows users to launch the editor window to indicate which data should be input in the specific fields.
  10. "Add new page scheme" launches a window that lets the users indicate how to fill out a webform on a specific page (and not any other).
  11. "Fill Form" button automatically fills out all fields in the current web document. òåêóùåì äîêóìåíòå.
  12. "Clear Form" button clears all filled fields in the web document and returns it to the original state.
  13. tab contains the lists of profiles and logins.
  14. tab contains the list of projects and the URL-list for the current task. It contains the following buttons:
    1. "Manage Projects" launches the project management window that allows users to delete/edit projects. The arrow to the right of the icon displays a drop-down window that allows program users to quickly switch between the projects.
    2. "Add URL" button adds URL to the current URL-list.
    3. "Delete URL" button deletes URL from the current URL-list.
    4. "Previous URL button" loads previous URL in the list in the browser.
    5. "Next URL" loads next URL in the list in the browser.

 Drop-down menu 
  1. Clicking with the mouse in the profile list launches a drop-down menu:

    The items from the drop-down menu let users launch adding/editing profile window and make a selected profile active (to make a profile active, you can also double click its name in the list). Active profile is the one that serves as a data source for filling a webform.


  2. When clicking a login list, the following menu is displayed:

    These menu items also allow program users to add/edit a login or delete it.


  3. When clicking a current URL-list, the following menu is displayed:

    This menu item enables users do add a new project as well as to add or delete any URL form the list.

 Program settings 
Setup window is accessible by pressing a button
  1. "Main" tab contains general program settings:
    1. Form filling mode – manual or automatic. The manual mode requires users press the button, while automatic mode fills out all filled right after page loading is finished.
    2. Login saving parameters are the settings that let users choose how to save information about passwords and logins – automatically, after confirmation or not to save at all.
    3. "Show button hints" checkbox, when selected, displays hints for the tool panel buttons.


  2. "Filling Assistant" tab contains various parameters to setup unknown fields input wizard:
    1. "Turn on Filling Assistant" checkbox activates unknown fields input wizard.
    2. "Unknown fields background color" option allows users to indicate which color Filling Assistant should use for filling out unknown fields.
    3. "Minimal resemblance to standard" option allows users to indicate the value of minimal resemblance (in percents) to known fields. This lets the program make estimates about the degree of similarity of an unknown field to the known one.
    4. "Search algorithm length" is a parameter that lets users define the value of the field length difference when encountering an unknown field. The recommended value is 2-3.
    5. "Search parameters"” field allows users to indicate the type of comparing unknown fields – "First suitable" or "Best suitable". When choosing "First suitable" option, the unknown field will use the data from the first datasource that meets the search requirements indicated in item 2.3. When choosing "Best suitable" option the, unknown field will use the data from the datasource that meets the search requirements best. Choosing this option slows the work of the program a bit.
    6. "Turn on Filling Assistant for radio and checkbox fields" flag turns on the algorithm for filling the fields of these types ("radio" and "checkbox"). Choosing this option allows users, in some instances, to achieve a fuller degree of filling the forms. However, it slows down the program.


  3. "Hotkeys" tab contains the parameters that let users setup hotkeys for quick launching most frequently used program functions:
    1. "Fill out current document forms" hotkey inputs data in the current document forms.
    2. "Clear current document forms" hotkey clears all fields in the current document.
    3. "Analyze forms" hotkey launches field anchor editor to assign data for fields (creates a template).
    4. "Add a new page input scheme" hotkey launches new page input scheme window.
    5. "Create new profile" hotkey launches the window for creating a new profile.
    6. "Edit profile" hotkey allows users to edit a profile.
    7. "Show/hide the band" hotkey launches visibility function window.


  4. "Advanced" tab contains additional parameters for program setup:
    1. "Field background color" option allows users to select which color to use for data used from the profile.
    2. "Automatically start with IE" checkbox commands the program to load all settings (profiles, logins) automatically when opening a new browser window.
    3. "Ask confirmation for deletion" checkbox lets users choose if the program should ask for a confirmation when deleting logins and profiles.
    4. "Use proxy-server" ckeckbox commands the program to user proxy-server for its work.
    5. Proxy-server list contains the list of proxy-servers available for use.
    6. "Add proxy-sever" button lets users to add a new proxy server to the list.

 Create/edit profile 
In order to create or edit a profile, there are the following buttons in the tool panel:

When pressing any of those buttons, you will see the following window:

The window contains a list of available profile pages (additional profile pages can be download from the Download section of the website, see "Plugins").

To fill in a profile quickly, use "Import from another profile" wizard. To launch it, press the "Import" button.

 Adding/editing a login 
In order to add or edit a login, there are the following tool panel buttons:

When pressing any of these buttons, the following window appear:

The window contains the fields for setting a password and login for a specific website.

 Adding anchors/new page input schemes 
In order to add an anchor or new page input scheme, the following buttons are used:

Pressing any of these buttons launches the following window:

The window contains the list of the field names of the current documents (left) and the matching data. The type of the form field is also located in the left part of the window. To change the anchors, click the line that contains the field name in the right column. You can select a matching data for this filed from the list that appears. For example, if the field is called "name" and you selected data from the profile "General->First name", than this data will always appear whenever a field called "name" is encountered.

 Plugins 
The program supports expandable format of data profiles. This is the function of special plugins that can be downloaded from the Download page on our website.

Currently there are two plugins available – "Shareware" (for the shareware developers) and "Webmasters" (special plugin for webmasters to promote the website). By the time you read this, there may be more plugins available.

 Registering the program 
In order to register the program, you will need a registration code. To obtain the registration key, please visit http://www.actualresearch.com/order.shtml and order it.

After you receive a registration key, press the button in the program and enter you code. If you did everything correctly, you will see the "Thank you for registration" window and the button "Register NOW!" will disappear.

This means your copy has been registered.
